VERDOR is a low specific gravity, soft, water-durable & anti-yellowish product. Under the production procedures, it goes without toxic materials added which would cause environmental damages,
like chloride, heavy metal and plasticizer. In addition, after the use, it can be recycled for second use. Conclusively, VERDORis healthful and friendly for the global ecological system.
VERDOR also owns the characteristics of not easily-to-be cracked under low temperature, and can be lacquered, printed & easily sewed. It goes without saying that VERDOR
is a credible new material for the environmental protection.

for instance, single-layer/multi-layers foaming material or twin- fabrics structure. In addition, gloss level & general / vacuum
embossing can also be selected under production per the customer's requests.
- High expansion ratio(single layer up to 4mm).
- Softness can be adjusted per demands.
- Regular inks can be used for lacquering.
- Heat welding, high-frequency welding & bronzing process.
- Can be sewn.
- Low temperature environment -30 ℃ ~ -40 ℃, not hydrolyzed.

VERDA is a TPU elastic material (thermoplastic elastomer), calender continuous entire volume process, is an environmentally friendly material, no plasticizers, heavy metal-free polymer elastomer.
VERDA has the best properties in the existing rubber and plastic materials, such as good elongation, tear resistance, abrasion resistance and impact resistance, superior performance of winding resistance and cold-resistant.
In addition to flexibility, rapid prototyping and good tactile impression. Outstanding performance for surface treatment, printing, high-frequency, sewing.
The material properties will absorb moisture from the air and hydrolysis. Therefore, the product must be done in accordance with product characteristics considering the selection of esters or ethers. for various uses in medical products, sporting goods and electronic equipments.

POLYTEX GREEN is one of the lightest elastic material available. It’s halogen free, heavy metal free, and phthalate free. No toxic or harmful material has been used during its production.
It can be totally reclaimed after its service cycle. Film and leather made from POLYTEX GREEN have the properties of lower density, higher elasticity, abrasion resistance, better compression set, and excellent resist to low temperature brittle.
The products can be easily further processed by high frequency welding, heat sealing, and sewing. It’s a reliable and versatile new material.
