In environmental protection aspect, we are always promoting “energy saving and carbon reduction” through real action. Facing the challenges of global climate change and the government's promotion of net-zero carbon emission policies, we have continued to make efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions for sustainable development. Through industry academia collaboration, we incorporate AI big data technology into our process to improve efficiency and build smart factories.

In terms of occupational safety and health, we take the highest standard to examine our disadvantages. Enhancing the safety awareness of staffs and demanding every work must adhere to SOP. We understand that employees, suppliers and contractors are the most important assets in the sustainable development of the company. Therefore, the processes of research and development, manufacturing, testing and sales of the company's products need to comply with occupational safety and health regulations and other relevant requirements, and a good safety and health protection framework must be provided to prevent accidents, continuously improve safety and health and ensure compliance with regulations, so that there are no unsafe behaviors, environment and equipment condition causing occupational disasters, further fulfilling the responsibility of protecting employees' safety and health.

In social relation aspect, we promise to build up a friendly workplace, open-minded corporate culture and provide the competitive salary. By adopting a park, street light, green space and coastline to contribute to society, we set up a volunteer team for coastal and community environment cleanup. Moreover, we also have charity organization to take care of vulnerable groups.
