TVCM, a subsidiary of CGPC, has long been committed to corporate social responsibility and occupational safety governance. Through active participation in industrial mutual-aid mechanisms and the promotion of Responsible Care, the company recently earned two significant recognitions, demonstrating its sustained efforts in ESG leadership and safety performance.
In terms of regional safety, TVCM, Linyuan Plant has consistently dedicated resources and personnel to the Y00002 Chlorine-Toxic Chemical Disaster Mutual-Aid Organization, working closely with fellow members to establish a resilient support system. On April 16, 2025, TVCM was awarded the “National Outstanding Mutual-Aid Organization Award” by Taiwan’s Ministry of Environment in recognition of its outstanding contributions to industrial safety and regional emergency preparedness.
Meanwhile, TVCM supported the “TRCA 2025 Annual Conference and Responsible Care Management Seminar”, hosted by the Taiwan Responsible Care Association on April 16–17, 2025, at the Chang Yung-Fa Foundation International Convention Center. In appreciation of this commitment, TVCM received a Certificate of Appreciation from the association, acknowledging its contribution to advancing industry best practices and knowledge sharing.
