Summary of CGPC’s response
Salary adjustments were made based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and individual performance, with an average salary increase of approximately 3.23% for employees in 2025.
The labor union holds regular face-to-face communication meetings with employee representatives. The employee union membership rate reached 89%, and a Human Rights Policy has been officially signed.
The Occupational Safety and Health Committee meets quarterly. In 2025, a total of 17 key occupational safety issues were discussed.
Recognized by the Hsinchu-Miaoli Regional Branch of the Workforce Development Agency (WDA), Ministry of Labor, CGPC was honored as an "Outstanding Talent Cultivation Unit of 2024." In 2025, CGPC received government training subsidies benefiting 273 person-times, totaling 110 course hours with a total subsidy amount of NT$ 59,500.
Executive management engages with employees during quarterly birthday celebrations and communicates with the labor union on an ad-hoc basis (8 meetings in 2025).
Benefits programs are continuously reviewed and optimized based on the analysis of employee satisfaction survey results. Starting in 2025, the survey scope was expanded to include plant workers, enhancing overall coverage and representation.
The Company provides diverse communication channels, including email, LINE, telephone, and one-on-one counseling. External professional psychological consultants offer confidential counseling services to help identify employees' primary sources of stress, followed by the provision of appropriate resources or related workshops and training courses.
