2025 USI Group Plant Technical Case Presentation

The Group’s Environmental and Safety Department held the “USI Group Plant Technical Exchange Meeting” on October 28, 2025. Twelve plants from across Taiwan each submitted at least one technical case for written review, and seven outstanding cases were shortlisted for the final round.
The final evaluation was conducted through voting by senior group executives and participating plant representatives. The top three cases of the year were selected based on overall performance, while additional recognition was given under the Group’s Safety Incentive Program for plants with outstanding cumulative safety records.
Chairman Wu personally presented certificates and awards to commend the teams for their achievements in technological improvement and energy innovation. Safety trophies were also awarded to recognize plants that achieved significant safety milestones, followed by a group photo session.


At this year’s presentation, CGPC Main Plant, TVCM Linyuan Plant, and CGPCP Linyuan Plant were among the award-winning sites:

In his closing remarks, Chairman Wu acknowledged that the Group’s plants have implemented energy-saving measures through equipment replacement for many years, and emphasized the growing importance of AI applications:

  • Moving forward, AI should be actively integrated into occupational safety and environmental protection, equipment maintenance, energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and quality management. By identifying pain points in daily operations and driving improvement through AI innovation, the Group aims to become a leader in industrial AI application.
  • The Chairman also noted the Group’s ongoing efforts to promote B-to-C product transformation. Innovations such as CGPC’s Cooling Leather, Smart Sterilizing Kettle, and Anti-Haze Window Screens have already demonstrated excellent results. He encouraged all colleagues to deepen their understanding, spark creative thinking, and continue advancing the Group’s excellence across all business domains.
