TVCM’s Linyuan Plant has been officially recognized as a “2025 Outstanding Group Member” by the Taiwan Industrial Safety and Health Association. This honor affirms the plant’s long-term commitment and concrete achievements in net-zero transition, smart safety management, and a friendly workplace environment.

In terms of net-zero transition, the Linyuan Plant has actively promoted voluntary reduction measures and equipment upgrades, while continuing to invest in the planned renewal of process and environmental protection equipment. It was also selected as a benchmark company in the 2025 Manufacturing Industry Low-Carbon Guidance Program, demonstrating tangible results in low-carbon transformation.

In smart safety management, the plant introduced a PSM (Process Safety Management) intelligent management platform and received the “Smart Application Excellence Award” from the Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. It has also continued to improve emergency response and regional joint defense mechanisms, earning the National Outstanding Joint Defense Organization Operation Award and effectively enhancing overall disaster resilience and safety management performance.

In addition, the company has continued to promote environmental protection and community engagement through initiatives such as adopting a campus air quality purification zone, maintaining the surrounding environment of the plant, and participating in local public welfare activities. It has also strengthened gender-friendly workplace policies and enhanced employees’ safety awareness through ongoing education and training. From 2023 to 2025, a total of 105 employees participated in training programs, demonstrating the company’s commitment to its employees and society.

The award was presented at the Association’s annual meeting held at the NCCU Public Enterprise Center on April 25, 2026, with TVCM Plant General Manager Ming-Kuang Tsai attending the ceremony on behalf of the company.
