CGPC Achieves Strong Progress in Talent Development and Receives TTQS Enterprise Version Bronze Award

To leverage government resources for employee training and continuously enhance workforce capabilities, since 2010, China General Plastics Corporation (CGPC) has participated in the “Corporate Human Resource Development Program” promoted by the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor. In 2012, due to its qualification as an industry affected by trade liberalization (ECFA), CGPC transitioned to the “Recharge and Take-off Program,” which it has continued to implement to date.


During this period, CGPC also introduced the government’s TTQS (Talent Quality-management System) to ensure the reliability and accuracy of its training processes. Through regular TTQS evaluations, we continues to improve training quality and enhance the effectiveness of our talent development system.


In 2026, CGPC was awarded the “Bronze” level under the TTQS Enterprise Version.
