The Industrial Parks Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, held the “2026 Labor Day Recognition Ceremony” on April 27. The event aims to recognize outstanding achievements of both enterprises and workers, further strengthening industrial cohesion, enhancing workplace honor and fostering team unity.
TVCM Linyuan Plant demonstrated concrete achievements in multiple areas, including community engagement and care, green procurement policies, adoption of air quality purification zones in Kaohsiung City, Net-Zero transition, responsible care and regional safety, smart petrochemical safety guidance programs, low-carbon transformation programs for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, greenhouse gas reduction and low-carbon transition initiatives, emergency response and regional joint defense, as well as the promotion of a gender-friendly workplace. In recognition of these efforts, the Plant was awarded the “Public Welfare Contribution Award” by the Industrial Parks Administration, with the Plant General Manager representing the company to receive the honor. This recognition highlights the plant’s long-term commitment to labor-management communication and workplace improvement, serving as a key driver for stable operations and reflecting the industry’s transition toward people-oriented and sustainable development.
The Plant General Manager was also honored as a “Model Labor” for leading the TVCM Linyuan Plant in advancing Net-Zero transformation, establishing smart safety management systems, strengthening regional joint defense, promoting environmental protection, practicing local community engagement, fostering a friendly workplace and implementing responsible care initiatives.
