To promote corporate digital transformation and enhance employees’ workplace competitiveness, the TVCM and CGPCP Linyuan Plants successfully conducted an in-person training session titled “Introduction to and Utilization of Generative AI Tools (Part 1)” at the TVCM Administration Building on April 27. The program aims to continuously strengthen employees’ digital capabilities and organizational resilience, while reinforcing the foundation of talent development. The event attracted enthusiastic participation from employees across TVCM, CGPCP, and GGTC, and further demonstrated cross-company technical exchange within the Group.
The training featured internal AI seed instructors from the Group, jointly conducted by Mr. Yu, Lin-Hsuan from TVCM and Mr. Yin, Tsung-Yao from CGPCP. Leveraging their extensive practical experience and professional insights, the instructors provided in-depth analysis of leading tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and NotebookLM. The session enabled participants to better understand AI application scenarios, improve work efficiency and problem-solving capabilities, and further strengthen technical collaboration across the Group.
The course concluded with an engaging Q&A session. Participants responded positively, noting that the training provided them with a clearer understanding of AI tools and would support their future application in daily work, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.
