CGPC Ranked Among the Top 5% of Medium-Market-Cap Listed Companies in the 12th Corporate Governance Evaluation

China General Plastics Corporation (CGPC) attended the “12th Corporate Governance Evaluation Awards Ceremony,” jointly organized by the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and Taipei Exchange (TPEx) on May 26, 2026. CGPC was recognized as one of the Top 5% of medium-market-cap listed companies, reaffirming the Company's excellence in corporate governance performance.


The Corporate Governance Evaluation comprehensively assesses the performance of listed and OTC-listed companies in areas such as safeguarding shareholders’ rights and interests, strengthening board functions, enhancing information transparency, and promoting sustainable development. Being ranked among the Top 5% of medium-market-cap listed companies reflects CGPC’s long-standing commitment to ethical management, sound corporate governance practices, and sustainable development.


At the awards ceremony, CGPC President Hu Chi-Hung attended and accepted the award on behalf of the Company.
