To strengthen the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions and the management of fugitive emissions from equipment components, the Environmental Protection Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government, together with a professional testing organization, conducted an unannounced on-site inspection at CGPCP Linyuan Plant on August 17, 2026. The inspection focused on the integrity and maintenance of process equipment components. All inspected items complied with applicable environmental regulations, marking the second consecutive year with zero deficiencies.
CGPCP Linyuan Plant continues to implement self-inspection and preventive management measures. In addition to daily routine inspections conducted by on-site operating personnel, the plant’s safety and environmental management unit carries out monthly inspections of equipment components. Any abnormalities identified are promptly verified and repaired to reduce the risk of fugitive emissions through routine inspections and regular testing.
The inspection results received recognition from the competent authority, which also encouraged CGPCP Linyuan Plant to continue strengthening its equipment management and self-inspection mechanisms. Going forward, CGPCP Linyuan Plant will continue to enhance VOC emission control measures, reinforce equipment maintenance and preventive management, and further improve its environmental management performance.
