CGPC completed third-party assurance of its 2025 consolidated greenhouse gas emissions information. The Chinese version of the limited assurance report issued by Ernst & Young was obtained on June 29, 2026, followed by the English version on August 18, 2026. The assurance engagement was conducted in accordance with the GHG Protocol.
Through third-party assurance, CGPC further enhances the transparency and credibility of its consolidated greenhouse gas emissions information, providing a solid foundation for the Company’s continued greenhouse gas management and carbon reduction initiatives.
Going forward, CGPC will continue to strengthen its greenhouse gas inventory and management mechanisms, closely monitor its carbon emissions, actively implement energy-saving and carbon reduction measures, and steadily advance toward the Company’s carbon reduction targets.
