Since 2018, USI Group has been actively enhancing Process Safety Management(PSM) across its plants. To gain a comprehensive understanding of each plant’s PSM implementation status and identify opportunities for improvement and cross-learning, the Group conducted its 2026 cross-plant PSM audit on October 01 at the CGPC main plant led by Section Chief Ms. Chang, Fang-Yu.
The audit team focused on four key elements: incident investigation, operating procedures, process safety management and mechanical integrity. Through on-site inspections and interactive discussions, the team exchanged insights and shared best practices, aiming to strengthen overall plant safety and reinforce the Group’s commitment to sustainable safety management.
