Human Rights Policy

China General Plastics Corporation (CGPC) is dedicated to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility and implementing human rights protection. Reference is made to the International Bill of Rights which is an internationally recognized human rights standards and the International Labor Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, formulate this human rights policy to eliminate violations and human rights violations, and make the company's current colleagues receive reasonable and dignified treatment.
This policy applies to CGPC and its affiliated companies.
Implementation guidelines:
  1. Follow relevant laws and regulations to provide a safe and healthy workplace.
  2. To strive to maintain a workplace free of violence, harassment, and intimidation, and to respect the privacy and dignity of employees.
  3. Do not hire child workers.
  4. Compulsive labor is prohibited.
  5. Elimination of unlawful discrimination and reasonable assurance of equality of opportunity in employment in the workplace.
  6. Respect the rights of employees to organize and join legally recognized trade unions to safeguard their own work rights.
